We’re a fast-growing and dynamic SME in the waste and recycling equipment sector, known for our strong reputation and ambitious growth plans. We’re now looking for a proactive, hands-on Marketing and Tele-sales Executive to help drive forward our aftersales servicing, maintenance, breakdown, and parts operations.

About the Role

As our Marketing and Tele-sales Executive, you’ll take a lead role in managing and executing our marketing initiatives. You’ll be responsible for creating and delivering impactful strategies, managing social media, and driving outbound marketing activities.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on variety, enjoys direct customer engagement, and wants to make a tangible impact within a busy, successful team.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage day-to-day marketing activities
Develop and implement outbound marketing campaigns
Take ownership of our social media presence
Follow up on enquiries and quotations for servicing, breakdowns, and parts
Convert leads into orders through proactive telephone engagement
Reconnect with lapsed customers and nurture ongoing relationships
Use insights from customer interactions to shape new marketing strategies
Support wider brand awareness, repeat business, and customer loyalty initiatives

What You’ll Bring

Experience in a marketing role within a B2B environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Confident using social media platforms for business and effective content creation.
Confident telephone manner.
Experienced and comfortable making outbound calls following up warm leads to convert quotations to orders.
Tenacious, with a creative mind, engaging personality and people skills, strong organisation skills and attention to detail.
Self-starter with a proactive attitude and commercial awareness.
Graphic design or basic video editing skills.
Commercially minded.
