At Hassells Engineering, we excel in providing high-quality material handlers and scrap metal processing equipment. Based in Staffordshire, we are a highly competent and well-respected engineering company with a dedicated workforce of over 45 employees.

Hassells Engineering has a wealth of experience in the design, production and installation of welded steel fabrications for a wide range of industries including specialist trailer manufacturing, heavy-duty transportation skids, recycling equipment, and bespoke turnkey solutions for all business sectors.

At EH Hassell’s we have vast experience in the machining of all our key components including the subsequent pre & post machining of all our fabricated Assemblies.

Our fabrications are prepared for wet painting using various methods, depending on the item. The best and most effective preparation for painting large items is to shot blast the surfaces with steel shot. We have a dedicated Shot blast bay for blasting items up to 12 meters long.

Hassells Engineering has two custom-built spray booths for wet painting up to 12m long items. Our large painting department can apply wet paint to small and large fabrications and assemblies using a variety of traditional painting methods.

Introducing our Engineer Rob!

Rob joined Hassells in 2015 as a mechanical/electrical engineer with over 35 years experience!

Rob specializes in our bigger machinery and has completed a lot of work on our material handlers and metal processing equipment.

Over the recent years Rob has taken on the installation of 3 large Guidetti plants and plans to do many more in the near future. Rob has over 15 years experience specializing in air conditioning systems and he has recently undertaken intense training in Italy on our new Solmec machinery!

Rob is a pleasure to work with and all of our customers know and love him for how much he goes above and beyond to help and we are lucky to have him!
