Hassells Engineering has a wealth of experience in the design, production and installation of welded steel fabrications for a wide range of industries including specialist trailer manufacturing, heavy-duty transportation skids, recycling equipment, and bespoke turnkey solutions for all business sectors.

At EH Hassell’s we have vast experience in the machining of all our key components including the subsequent pre & post machining of all our fabricated Assemblies.

Our fabrications are prepared for wet painting using various methods, depending on the item. The best and most effective preparation for painting large items is to shot blast the surfaces with steel shot. We have a dedicated Shot blast bay for blasting items up to 12 meters long.

Hassells Engineering has two custom-built spray booths for wet painting up to 12m long items. Our large painting department can apply wet paint to small and large fabrications and assemblies using a variety of traditional painting methods.

The Bronneberg Forfex-400 alligator shear is equipped with 400mm blades. This hydraulic alligator shear is the ideal machine when it comes to the cleaning of light and medium sized nonferrous materials. This shear can also be used for shearing ferrous materials like reinforcing bar and mild steel round bar too.
